PARIS MEANS FASHION: HAUTE COUTURE WEEK

13 July 18

Paris. A city full of meanings, but during July there’s one on top of them: Haute Couture.

Everything started with Dior. A very special collaboration, where I could share with you my favorite moments through TELVA Magazine Instagram take over. I love Paris during summer months, but the weather was really hot, so I chose a very comfy and Summer look, a semitransparent dress in burgundy color. I was following this looks since last show! ;)

This days are full of events and shows, and most of the times you count with just a few minutes to go from one place to another. It is vital to move fast and safe, every minute counts. To be on time to each of my appointments wouldn´t have been possible without Maserati’s help and my lovely driver Adil. Also, sometimes you are carrying a lot of bags from different fittings, and if I can share a secret with you, even you need to chance your look inside the car to be on time for next event! And I’ll share a secret with you: sometimes I even have to change my look inside the car to be on time for next event!

Maserati Levante, with its high capacity and super comfy interiors it´s perfect for it!

During Monday, we enjoyed a very funny afternoon reunited with very good Friends at Isabel Marant and Swarovski events.

One of the key shows on my agenda is Armani. One more time, the collection´s meaning was sophistication. I looked a bit Bonnie & Clyde with a luxury touch thanks to the exquisite Armani fabrics, and always wearing my Bulgari accessories.

Vogue Paris Foundation dinner was our own “Midsummer Night´s Dream”. I was really honored to be invited by Ralph Lauren as their guest, and to attend with my best partner in crime: John! A special occasion requires a special dress: as you know, white is one of my fav colors, so Paris was the perfect scenario for this stunning strapless dress.

The jewels from my favorite brand; Bulgari, made me shine all night long:  a pink gold bracelet, and wonderful diamonds earrings. John was my perfect gentleman with his Octo Finissimo watch.

The Barriére Le Fouquet´s hotel became our headquarters. It is highly important to count with a centric and comfortable hotel, as it is vital to relax a bit between events (if possible!). I love it´s big closet where I displayed all my daily looks. Also BLF ´s staff made us feel at home with thousands of details!

Elie Saab left me speechless one more time : Silks, organza, embroideries…A dream came true. I loved my mini dress with a 60´s touch!

At the end of the day, we went to Valentino’s show. Just one Word: Sublime! I fell in love with the colors and volumes. Pierpaolo…you are a genius! I wore a beautiful effortless White dress with flats, matching with my natural hair & make up.

As the best HC ending, we attended to 150 years Haute Couture event at Le Petit Palais.

I bid farewell to Paris on the best possible way thanks to Dior. Along with Gary (Maison´s PR), Andy McDougall, Camila Coelho and my dear Pelayo, we started our trip to Granville on helicopter in order to discover Christian Dior´s childhood house. I was a bit nervous at the beginning (as many of you know I hate planes!) but then I just relaxed, and enjoy the stunning views of Paris.

After a morning full of special and unforgettable moments, we enjoyed  some delicious local food. As a Galician girl, I love seafood!

Hope you like my Dior look!

In addition to the  shows and events, the whole week was full of meetings and shootings. Amazing projects I will share with you very soon. Stay tuned!
