Miami Day.1

21 July 13
Most of you have probably been wondering what I came to do in Miami exactly- but better to flip  that around… What haven’t I come to do! Those following my instagram have probably seen all the fun we have been having. Staying at the gorgeous Soho Beach House enjoying amazing views, food and daily runs, I have been able to take part in most of the coolest fashion events during the MBFW here in Miami. But of course your first stop while you are in Miami is the shopping route, and I had the pleasure of discovering the coolest stores in town at Bal Harbour Shops  which is one of the best shopping malls in the world! When we arrived at BH, the first thing myself,  Thassia Naves and Camilla Coutinho (my fellow brazilian companions on this trip)  got up to was discover Chanel‘s concept store, a very special one with products you won’t be able to find anywhere else! So believe me when I say that I have to go back already! After that it was mandatory to stop by Trina Turk, a local brand which shows you that very cool Miami feeling, and where I fell in love with a gigantic navajo travelling bag! Too good. Talking about concept stores, the first ever Saint Laurent shop which integrates the new logo and branding is the one at BH, and you can really feel Heidi’s touch everywhere, it’s a must see!! Because shopping can be a bit tiring, we decided to go for a bite at Makoto, where we even got to make our own sushi, how cool is that? Followed by a quick fix stop at Gee Beauty Boutique where I had an oxygen facial which changed my life (literally!). During the afternoon we also visited the iconic Saks Fifth Avenue where I had nail art at Dior, followed by stops at de Grisogono and Etro where we met Carrie Crecca. We finished the day at Roger Vivier where we joined a delicious cocktail party while we tried the new collection! So much fun packed into such little time!
